PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This machine is suitable for making adult mask with ear band folding (less than 4 layers without sealing edge Recommended mask size: 220mm(max) X 125mm(max).

It’s a special equipment for the production of FFP2 face masks, which is used to produce FFP2 face masks and meets the requirements of the relevant standards.

Whether the FFP2 face mask produced by this equipment is for medical using or not, has nothing to do with the equipment. These masks can be used as surgical masks after the relevant processes, such as ultraviolet disinfection process (Sterilizer UV-C Tunnel) and so on.

MECHANICAL STRUCTURE

• Automatic tension controlling of raw material. Ensure tension balance of raw materials.
• Photovoltaic (Optical) raw material inspection to avoid mistakes and reduce waste.
• Changing the molds can produce different sizes and styles of masks.
• The whole machine is fabricated from a structural Aluminum channel alloy with the characteristics of against rusting, easy to clean and aesthetic.

• Can produce one to five layers of mask body.
• Efficiency is round 50 nominal pcs/min.

CONTROL SYSTEM

Operating Station

The equipment uses PLC controller ,touching screen operation and button console. The button console can control processing processes directly when the device is in automatic operation mode.
