Supports both linear and nonlinear editing, controlling both tape and disk from the VRT front panel. Optional DNE-50 GUI editor offers time line editing. Transfer material from tape to disk at up to 4x real time. Includes SDDI output for greater than real time transfer to other systems; optional SDDI input for high speed recording.
